At Shree Hari Yoga School, you will experience a holistic training in all aspects of yoga, from yoga asana and pranayama, to meditation, philosophy and mantra. We aim to guide you as you deepen your practice, develop your confidence and feel the transforming effects the yogic lifestyle can bring.
Like the 200hrs, the 300hr Teacher Training Course is an intense and hugely rewarding few weeks. It is for students who have already completed a 200hr course, who wish to re-visit their teacher training and develop their practice.

Accommodation offered is simple but comfortable and clean, and close to the school. Our menu is healthy and energy boosting, made up of fresh, seasonal ingredients.

At the end of the 300hrs, you will hold an Internationally Certified Yoga Alliance 300hrs Teacher Training Certificate. Our groups tend to be around 6 people, allowing us to work with everyone individually. We’ll work on your sequences and adjustments, helping you to develop your own unique teaching style.
In the 300hrs course, we will work with you to deepen your knowledge of key yoga philosophy. We’ll study Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, The Bhagavad Gita and the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, discussing the applications of the teachings.
As you’ll remember from your 200hrs training, a TTC is challenging and hugely rewarding, expanding the mind and developing the body. At Shree Hari Yoga School, we aim to bring our students the motivation and tools to continue a life-long yoga practice.
