Yoga Teacher Training in India
In our modern society, yoga is often deconstructed to be only a shadow of its complete whole. It is frequently seen only as an exercise for physical fitness and stretching tight muscles. We believe yoga is far more complex than that. Yoga is a philosophy, art, and science which spans all areas of life. Yoga is a holistic system of health, healing, and spiritual connection. We offer yoga teacher training in India based on these beliefs.
In our courses, we aim to revive the original potency of yogic wisdom. We strive to teach the practice of yoga in its wholeness so that it becomes a lifestyle, a way of life. Rather than just being a person who does some yoga, you can BE a yogi in the full sense of the word.
Our residential Yoga Teacher Training program in India is a full immersive course that will allow you to experience yogic living in its entirety. From daily pranayama, meditation, and asana practice to the healthy sattvic diet, from philosophy classes to the art of teaching workshops, from kirtan singing to karma yoga – you will live and breathe yoga.
While residing in a kind, loving and supportive yoga community, you will acquire all the necessary guidance to become a fully accredited yoga teacher certified by Yoga Alliance. You will first explore practice teaching with your fellow trainees and grow into an astute yoga instructor capable of creating and leading your own classes.
During your yoga teacher training course in India, you will be immersed in the original yoga culture. We strive to teach the authentic heart of yoga and hope to inspire our graduates to carry on this intention.

Our Multi Style approach to teacher training will give you the opportunity to explore many types of yoga during your certification course. We believe this is the best way for trainees to discover which types of yoga they may want to specialize in as teachers and practitioners.
Multi Style Teacher Training means that instead of focusing on a single style of yoga, you will be able to experience many styles and approaches to yoga during your course. The range of styles we employ combines fitness, strength, flexibility, relaxation, awareness, and spirituality.
The primary advantage of multi-style training is the opportunity to explore a variety of yoga styles to determine which you may wish to teach and practice. It also gives you the chance to take gems from each and combine them into your unique style.
Your teacher training practice practice schedule and lectures will include:
For students who prefer to train in a single style, we also offer 200-hour courses focused primarily on Hatha, Vinyasa, or Ashtanga. Additionally, many of our 100 Hour courses and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education courses feature a specific yoga style.
